Event Description

The Witches & Wizards Festival is a fun festival celebrating all that is dark and spooky in the fall season.  Artistic performances, music and food plus a one of a kind Witches Market.  When you enter W&W Witches Market be prepared for a haunting shopping experience.  You will encounter things you never knew existed, be surrounded by the most interesting creatures and this year we're combining the activities within the market to enhance your shopping experience.

Please keep in mind, this festival is a celebration of the Halloween season, it is not associated with any Wiccan practices or rituals.

Vendors interested in participating in our Witches Market can apply below.  All applications are juried and the best of the best selected.  

NEW THIS YEAR! After the success of last years market, we are expanding the footprint of the Witches Market! The length of the event has been shortened by one hour and we have lifted the age limit restriction. Although, there is no age limit we prefer adult participation due to the potential for mature content during the event.

Please keep in mind, this festival is for fun, it is not associated with any Wiccan practices or rituals.

Vendor Rules & Information

I hereby release the Downtown District from any and all liabilities for any damages or injuries to myself or any of my volunteers working at the Witches And Wizards while participating in the Downtown District event.
I hereby grant the Downtown District permission to take photos/videos of myself or any of my volunteers while participating in the Witches and Wizards. I authorize the Downtown District to edit, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photos/videos and grant permission to the Downtown District to use the photo/video in any and all publications including website entries, without payment or any other compensation to myself or any of my volunteers. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my photos/videos appear.
