The Witches & Wizards Festival is a fun festival celebrating all that is dark and spooky in the fall season.  We are excited to announce the 2024 Witches & Wizards Festival will be free to the public, no tickets required.  With these changes comes the opportunity for more witchy vendors as we expand our one of a kind Witches Market. When you enter the Witches Market be prepared for a haunting shopping experience.  You will encounter things you never knew existed, be surrounded by the most interesting creatures and this year we're combining the activities within the market to enhance your shopping experience.

Please keep in mind, this festival is a celebration of the Halloween season, it is not associated with any Wiccan practices or rituals.

Vendors 

Vendors interested in participating in our Witches Market please apply below.  All applications are juried as received, deadline is September 1 or when vendor stalls are full, whichever comes first.  

2024 Event Details:

• The event will operate from 5-9pm.
• This year the festival is free for customers, no tickets required to enter.
• Amenities Within The Event:  costume contest, performances, food and beverage vendors plus music throughout the entire event space.
• All applications are juried.
• There is no age limit to attend, however, this is still considered an adult event. 
• The 2024 booth footprint will encompass two blocks of vendors.

Please keep in mind, this festival is for fun, it is not associated with any Wiccan practices or rituals.

1. We suggest previewing what questions are on the application and then crafting your responses in a document you can copy and paste from.  This way you will not lose your information if you are interrupted or the system times out.  Additionally, if you are interested in applying as a vendor to our sister event, A Wizard's Birthday, on July 27 you can copy and paste into that application too.
2. Gather your photos in advance, you will need at least 5 product photos and one business logo.
3. Choose the best photos possible, these are a large portion of what we base our decision on when jurying your application.  Additionally, these are the photos that may be used in promotion of the event and your business.
4. Please do not send screenshots of products.  These photos are not useable.

The following description will be used to jury your application.  If accepted it will be used to describe your products on social media when the event is promoted.

Please upload a high quality image of your products.  These will be used for social media to promote the event.

Business logos are not required but it is more difficult for the festival to advertise for you and therefore less likely to happen.
